Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products must be returned in packaging that maintains the integrity of the product; products damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.
Return Shipping: We’ll take care of getting the package back to us, but shipping fees aren’t refunded on the original order.

Unauthorized Purchasing & Returns Activity: Alter Ego Running's policies are designed to protect the interests of individual consumers, not those who buy products with the intention of reselling them with the exception of approved wholesalers. Buying items for resale or engaging in deceitful practices is strictly forbidden. If Alter Ego Running suspects a purchase is meant for resale, involves fraudulent behavior, or if they find it challenging to meet a customer's needs due to excessive returns, they reserve the right to (1) suspend any policies meant for direct consumer purchases; and (2) take measures to impede such purchases, including limiting sales to individuals, cancelling orders, applying restocking fees, setting purchase limits, refusing refunds or returns, and/or suspending or closing accounts.
Our Discretion in Rejecting Purchases/Returns or Cancelling Orders: The sale of products and order fulfillment through Alter Ego Running's stores or website depends on product availability and inventory management discretion. Alter Ego Running explicitly retains the right (at its sole discretion) to restrict, decline, or refuse any sales, returns, or orders for any reason, without being held accountable for damages or costs, except for refunding any amount received from the customer for such transactions.
