Return Eligibility

You have a 30-day window to return or exchange your items, no matter how much you've worn them. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason at all, we're here to help.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products must be returned in packaging that maintains the integrity of the product; products damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded.

Self-Service Returns: Start your return by visiting our returns portal. Follow the instructions provided for a quick and easy return process.

Ship the Item: Once approved, return the item as instructed.

Email Assistance: If you need further help, contact us at info@alteregorunning.com with your order details (email is available as a last resort).

We're here to help with your return shipping. Just a reminder, the original shipping fees aren't refundable.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

For exchanges, please use the return process through our returns portal. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement if available.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

Check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
