We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit, including a prepaid return label on approved returns. Customers may exchange for products of greater or lesser value by simply paying or receiving the difference in price.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method are subject to a $5 refund processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of your order date.
• All items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use including odors, stains, or damage.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Products must be returned in packaging that protects the item during transit. Products damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
• Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval or they will be automatically canceled.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or in cases of excessive or abusive return activity.
• A prepaid return label is provided for all approved returns.
• Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If you received an incorrect item or believe your product is defective, please contact us before initiating a return. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

1. Self-Service Returns: Start your return by visiting our returns portal and follow the guided steps.
2. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, use the prepaid return label provided to send your item back.
3. Inspection: Once received, your return will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.
4. Exchanges: Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped after your returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable refund processing fee. Please allow your financial institution additional time to post the refund to your account.

Instant Exchanges

• To get your new item faster, we offer instant exchanges.
• When selecting this option, your payment method will be temporarily authorized for the value of the replacement item.
• Once your original item is returned within 7 days, the authorization will be released. If the original item is not returned within that timeframe, the authorization will be converted into a charge.
• Instant exchanges follow a separate 7-day return window.

Refund Timing:

• Please allow up to 5 business days after your return has been delivered for processing.
• Once your refund has been issued, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Final Sale:

• International orders, custom orders, gift cards, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Gift Cards:

• Gift cards are final sale and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or refunded except where required by law.
• If a gift card was purchased in error and has not been used, you may contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request cancellation. Approval is at our sole discretion.
