Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside of Alter Ego Running's control.


Domestic shipping rates and estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International shipping

We offer international shipping.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Alter Ego Running is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@alteregorunning.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, we will communicate it to you appropriately.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for any reason that you're not fully satisfied with your purchase. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@alteregorunning.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Address Issues & Package Retrieval

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please contact us at info@alteregorunning.com as soon as possible. While we aim to respond quickly, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to update the address before your order ships, as we work hard to process and fulfill orders promptly.

If your order was delivered to an incorrect address, we recommend attempting to retrieve the package from that location. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Re-shipping an Order

Need your order sent to the correct address? We’re happy to help. A re-shipping fee will apply, and we’ll work with you to make the process as smooth as possible—just reach out to us at the email above with your order details.


USPS Service Guarantee

Please note: The United States Postal Service (USPS) only offers a money-back guarantee for Priority Mail Express services. This guarantee does not apply to Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. As of August 1, 2023, USPS has also suspended the money-back guarantee for Priority Mail Express shipments to or from Alaska and Hawaii.
