Measure your hips

Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips, keeping it level and snug but not tight.

Measure your waist

Measure your waist at the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button. Wrap the tape snugly around your waist, leaving a finger's width for comfort.
